You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from the Get Out app. This page explains the process and what data will be affected.

To request deletion of your personal data from Get Out, developed by Get Out Media IKE, please follow these steps:
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
In your email, please provide:
We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data. You may receive a verification code to the phone number registered with your account.
Once verified, we will process your deletion request and send you a confirmation email when the process is complete.

When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:
Your phone number, verification codes, and authentication tokens will be permanently deleted.
Your profile name, bio, profile picture, date of birth, and all profile settings will be deleted.
Records of activities you've hosted, joined, or shown interest in will be removed from your profile.
All messages you've sent or received, and your participation in chat threads will be deleted.
Your push notification tokens and notification preferences will be removed.
All photos and media files you've uploaded (profile pictures, activity images) will be permanently deleted.
Your favorites, stars, and connections with other users will be removed.
For legal, security, and operational reasons, certain data may be retained for a limited period:
Records required for legal compliance, tax purposes, or dispute resolution may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law.
Aggregated, anonymized data used for analytics and service improvement may be retained. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Logs related to security incidents, abuse reports, or violations of our Terms of Service may be retained for up to 90 days for safety and security purposes.
Data in automated backup systems will be deleted according to our backup retention schedule, typically within 30 days after deletion from production systems.
We are committed to processing your data deletion request promptly:
We will acknowledge receipt of your deletion request via email.
Your account will be deactivated and primary data deletion will begin.
Complete deletion from all production systems and backups will be finalized, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you want to delete your data before submitting a request.
Under GDPR and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. For more information about your privacy rights, please see our Privacy Policy.
If you're not ready for permanent deletion, you can simply uninstall the app. Your data will remain in our systems and you can return at any time. Data deletion is only necessary if you want your information permanently removed.
