Child Safety Standards

Our commitment to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and maintaining a safe environment for all users.

1. Our Commitment

Get Out Media IKE is committed to providing a safe platform and protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and take proactive measures to prevent, detect, and report any such content or behavior.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse or exploitation will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

2. Age Restrictions

Get Out requires all users to be at least 16 years old. While we serve users aged 16 and above, we recognize that some users may still be minors under Greek and European law, and we take additional measures to protect this age group.

  • Minimum Age: 16 years (strictly enforced)
  • Verification: Phone number verification required for all accounts
  • No Collection: We do not knowingly collect information from users under 16

3. Child Safety Measures

3.1 Content Moderation

  • Proactive monitoring of user-generated content including profiles, activities, messages, and media
  • Immediate removal of any content that violates our child safety policies
  • Regular review of reported content with priority given to child safety concerns
  • Prohibition of inappropriate, harmful, or sexually suggestive content involving minors

3.2 User Behavior Monitoring

  • Detection and prevention of grooming, harassment, or predatory behavior
  • Investigation of suspicious patterns or inappropriate interactions
  • Immediate action on accounts that pose risks to minors

3.3 Safety Features

  • User blocking capabilities to prevent unwanted contact
  • Privacy controls for profile visibility and communication
  • Clear Terms of Service and Community Guidelines that prohibit harmful behavior

4. Reporting Mechanisms

4.1 In-App Reporting

Get Out provides easy-to-use in-app reporting tools that allow users to report:

  • Inappropriate or concerning profiles
  • Suspicious or harmful activities/events
  • Harassment or threatening behavior
  • Inappropriate content including CSAM

All reports are reviewed promptly with priority given to child safety concerns.

5. Legal Compliance and Reporting to Authorities

5.1 Compliance Statement

Get Out complies with all relevant child safety laws including:

  • Greek national laws regarding child protection
  • European Union regulations including GDPR and child safety directives
  • International standards for preventing CSAE and CSAM

5.2 Reporting to Authorities

We report all incidents involving child safety to the appropriate authorities:

  • Greek National Authorities: Hellenic Police Cybercrime Unit and relevant child protection agencies
  • European Coordination: Cooperation with Europol and EU member states as required
  • International Organizations: Reporting to organizations such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and INHOPE hotlines when applicable

We maintain records of all reports made to authorities and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

5.3 Preservation of Evidence

When CSAM or child safety violations are detected, we immediately preserve all relevant evidence and provide it to law enforcement authorities as required by law.

6. Response Procedures

When child safety concerns are identified, we follow strict procedures:

  1. 1. Immediate Action: Suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations
  2. 2. Content Removal: Remove all inappropriate content immediately
  3. 3. Evidence Preservation: Secure all relevant data for law enforcement
  4. 4. Authority Notification: Report to appropriate law enforcement agencies
  5. 5. Follow-up: Cooperate fully with investigations and provide requested information
